Customer Service


We make all blinds within 15 working days of receipt of full payment for online orders. All our blinds are made at our own workshop in Three Kings, Auckland.

Our shutters are manufactured by our preferred manufacturer in China. The lead time is six weeks from the time that the order specifications are confirmed following an in home consultation.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship New Zealand wide with Peter Baker Transport. Once your blinds are dispatched, you will be sent a courier ticket number that can be tracked at www.pbt.co.nz.
Expected delivery times are:
>Overnight North Island wide
>Two days South Island wide
>Add two additional days for rural delivery.
All goods are carefully packaged and, while The Wholesale Blind Factory is not responsible for transit damage, we are happy to help where we can. Should your goods arrive damaged, please contact us within seven days.
Shutters cannot be delivered and must be picked up from our Mt Roskill warehouse.
Privacy & Security
We value our clients' privacy. Information collected through this website and The Wholesale Blinds Factory Trade Me account is for The Wholesale Blind Factory's use only. We do not disclose, share or sell any of your personal information.
All The Wholesale Blind Factory's online transactions are processed with PxPay by Direct Payment Solutions, providing our customers with the very best in online security. Credit card details are not collected or stored by The Wholesale Blind Factory. For more information see the DPS Security Policy.
Returns & Replacements
Consumers may have other rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Please carefully read the warranty details below.
We warrant everything we sell for two years against faulty workmanship and materials (excludes normal wear and tear and misuse). Please contact us promptly if you are unhappy with any aspect of the service or products we have supplied to you. 
We are not responsible for inaccurate measurements or other details entered by the customer. Where a customer has made an error in a fulfilled order, we will do our best to correct the blinds wherever possible. In such cases however, applicable materials, manufacturing and freight charges will apply.
Whilst we do our best to show colour samples in their true colour, these may look different on various computer screens and we do not accept returns or exchanges for inexact colour representations. If you are looking for an exact colour match we strongly recommend ordering a free swatch before purchasing.
